It has taken me over five years in DevRel senior and executive leadership at several different types of companies to craft a framework that represents the business value of DevRel (in terms of business metrics and dollar value). For my entire time in DevRel, I’ve never seen anyone describe how to measure DevRel holistically and meaningfully in dollars.
