Offer time

3月11日（土）11時〜18時を予定しています。ご利用は時間内であれば、何時間でも可能です。

Saturday, March 11, 11:00-18:00. You can use the room for as many hours as you wish within the time frame.

※ 3月10日（金）は提供されませんのでご注意ください

※ Please note that the service will not be offered on Friday, March 10.

Food and Beverages

飲食は、昼食とおやつ（15時）が予定されています（飲み物、食べ物は持参いただきます、後述持ち物をご参考ください）

Food and beverages will be provided for lunch and a snack at 3:00 p.m. (You will need to bring your own beverages and food, please refer to the "Belongings" section below).

As for what to bring, we ask that you bring the following as basic items, but please consult with us as some items may not be necessary depending on the age of the student.

• ビニール袋5袋
• 着替え2セット
• エコバック(汚れ物をいれます)
• お弁当
• 水筒
• おやつ
• 昼寝用のバスタオル2枚
• 手拭きタオル

• diaper
• baby wipes
• 5 plastic bags
• 2 sets of clothes
• Eco-bag (to hold dirty items)
• box lunch
• water bottle
• snack
• 2 bath towels for napping
• towel

• お子様を預けられている間は、必ずカンファレンス会場内にいてください。
• 緊急連絡先が必要です。
• 発熱や怪我、病気の場合には利用できない可能性があります。
• 持病により、承れない可能性があります。
• アレルギー・既往症他、心配なことがある場合は、必ず事前にお知らせください。

• Please be sure to remain inside the conference venue while your child is checked in.
• Emergency contact information is required.
• Fever, injury, or illness may prevent you from using the room.
• We may not be able to accept your child due to a pre-existing medical condition.
• If you have any allergies, pre-existing conditions, or other concerns, please be sure to let us know in advance.
